Although not a formal sales or management position, this role operates as a hybrid technical and market development leader, driving service reliability and growth across all regions.
Field Technology & Asset Manager
This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of field technology, vehicles, and calibration assets that enable technicians to operate effectively in the field. The position is responsible for configuring, securing, testing, deploying, and supporting all technician hardware and diagnostic systems, while ensuring alignment with OEM and software vendor requirements. The role serves as the highest tier of technical escalation for complex hardware, system, and diagnostic issues, while also managing inventory, fleet coordination, procurement, and documentation standards. Success in this role requires strong hands-on technical skills, operational rigor, and comfort working in a fast-moving, field-based environment where uptime and reliability are critical.
